Statutory Forms for use by landlords and tenants
The statutory forms are contained within The Private Residential Tenancies (Prescribed Notices and Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 and include the following forms which may be required to be produced when a rent or terms application is made to the tribunal:
- Notice of a tenant’s intention to make an application to the First-tier Tribunal to draw up terms or sanction failure to provide information
- Rent-increase notice
- Referral to a rent officer to determine the rent
