On the 2nd December 2008 the Committee met in Inverness to consider progress. The Landlord and Tenant attended this Hearing. The Committee's Surveyor member produced a Report after having inspected the Property. At that Hearing Committee found that the only outstanding matter related to the Rayburn and, by Notice of Variation, ordered the Rayburn to be replaced with a new or re conditioned model.Committee has been advised a re conditioned model has been installed. Accordingly, the terms of the Order and subsequent Variation have been obtempered and the Committee grants a Certificate of Completion. File:
