The Committee noted that:-. The radiator in the front Bedroom has been replaced and was found to be operational.. The hinges in each of the Kitchen windows and the Lounge were inspected and appear to have been satisfactorily repaired. Each window was opened and closed and found to be fully functional.The Committee was satisfied that all works required by the RSEO had beensatisfactorily carried out.
