The Private Rented Housing Committee ("the Committee"), having considered a submisssion from the Landlord requesting a variation ofthe Repairing Standard Enforcement Order (hereinafter referred to as "the RSEO") to allow an extension of the timelimit for completion of the works detailed in the RSEO on the basis that the Landlord had identified additional works which require to be completed in order to comply with Section 14(1) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), determined that the Landlord should be given an extension of the period allowed for the completion of the required works in terms of Section 25(1) of the said Act.
