In particular, and without prejudice to the foregoing generality, the Committee HEREBY ORDERS the landlord to carry out the following repairs ('the Works') ,-(a) The windows in the property in the livingroom, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bathroom and kitchen which are in a poor state of repair and do not function properly require repair to ensure that the windows are in a reasonable state of repair and in proper working order.(b) The Rhone pipes to the exterior of the property are leaking and corroded and require repair to ensure that the rhone pipes are in a reasonable state of repair and in proper working order.The Committee HEREBY FURTHER ORDERS that the Works specified in this Order must be carried out and completed before the expiry of the Completion Date of TWELVE WEEKS from the date of service of this Order.
