Further to Determination by the Private Rented Housing Committee dated 9 April 2009 the surveyor member of the Committee reinspected the house on 28 April 2009 and found the central heating to be in a reasonable state of repair and in proper working order.The Committee accordingly determined that the Landlord had not failed to comply with the duties imposed by Section 14 Section 14(1)(c), in respect of the central heating system.
