In particular, and without prejudice to the foregoing generality, the Committee HEREBY ORDERS the Landlords to carry out the following repairs ('the Works'):-3.1 To repair the windows in the Property to the extent that at least one sash window in each room is capeble of opening and closing to provide adequate ventilation, and to draught proof all the windows in the property.3.2 To fit a kicking plate beneath the dishwasher in the kitchen.3.3 To obtain a report on the fire and vent in the lounge from a suitably qualified Gas Safe engineer and to carry out the recommendations in such a report.The Committee HEREBY FURTHER ORDERS that the Works specified in this Order must be carried out and completed before the expiry of the Completion Date of 6 weeks from the date of service this Order.
