In particular, and without prejudice to the foregoing generality, the Committee HEREBY ORDERS the landlord to carry out the following repairs ('the Works') ,-The damp and moisture present in the second floor bedrooms and first floor living room of the property require to be remedied to ensure the property is water tight and in all other respects reasonably fit for human habitation.The Committee HEREBY FURTHER ORDERS that the Works specified in this Order must be carried out and completed before the expiry of the Completion Date of EIGHT WEEKS from the date of service of this Order.
