In particular the Private Rented Housing Committee requires the landlord:-(a) To repair the structure and exterior of the property to ensure they are in a reasonable state of repair and without prejudice to the foregoing generality to repair or rebuild the roof and east and west chimneys of the property and thereby eliminate any damp ingress to the living accommodation. The Private Rented Housing Committee order that the works specified in this part of the Order must be carried out and completed within the period of six months from the date of service of this Notice.(b) To replace the w.c. in the bathroom and to ensure it is in proper working order.(c) To install a hard wired inter linked smoke detector in the property.The Private Rented Housing Committee order that the works specified at (b) and (c) of this Order must be carried out and completed within the period of six weeks from the date of service of this Notice.
